With over seven years experience working with clients in the NHS, the voluntary sector and private practice, I am able to draw on several therapeutic approaches to help you get the most from our sessions.

I trained at The Minster Centre, a leading Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy training college.

My qualification is a four-year UKCP-accredited Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling. 

Iam an Accredited Member of the UKCP and a Registered
Member of the BACP and abide by their ethical frameworks.

Starting therapy can be daunting, especially if you are coming for the first time.

You may not even know where to begin. It is my job to make it easy for you to open up, by asking questions about your life and what you want to get out of therapy.
